The St Clair Shopping Centre carpark North East section near Woolworths will undergo maintenance and repair works. The works are part of a plan to improve the parking experience for the St Clair community.

Commencement: August 2024

Completion:   October 2024*

*Timelines are estimated and subject to external factors such as weather conditions. 

The works will be in sections and stages to minimise disruption to the community.

Directional signage will be installed in the carpark and when required, traffic control will be in place.

The Plan

Works for that section of the carpark will include:

• Reconfiguation of traffic flow near Botany Lane
• Upgrading of pedestrian walkways
• New line marking
• New landscaping
• Updated carpark signage

What to expect

During the works there may be:

• Changed Traffic Conditions
• Periods of temporary restricted entry into the Centre via Endeavour Ave and Botany Lane
• Redirection by Traffic Controllers
• Some periods of noisy works
• Directional signage will be installed in the car park and when required

We appreciate that with all works, disruption can be caused however please be assured that the Centre will trade as normal throughout the duration of the project.
